Flattening paper delivery machine is a device used for die-cutting, creasing, and cold embossing of paper and cardboard. Its working principle is mainly divided into the following steps:

Conveying paper: The flattening paper feeder feeds the paper into the front and side gauges through the paper feeding component, ensuring that the paper maintains accurate positioning before entering the die-cutting area.

Die cutting and creasing: After the paper reaches the die-cutting area, the upper die-cutting plate and the lower bottom mold are processed, and cut and creased according to the preset pattern.

Waste cleaning: The paper that has been die cut is removed by a waste cleaning mechanism and then transported to the next workstation or collection area.

Paper delivery: The die cut paper is transported to the paper delivery section, and through the process of tapping paper, side gauge paper, and back gauge paper, the printed products are neatly stacked, making it easier to send them to the subsequent process for further processing.

Flattening: The paper press uses mechanical force to compress the gap between the paper and the press board, making the surface of the paper flat and eliminating bubbles and wrinkles generated during the printing process.

Sorting and organizing: After the paper passes through the flattening paper feeder, take out the flattened paper and perform necessary sorting and organizing.
