The maintenance of the shrink packaging machine should adhere to the following key points:

Daily maintenance:

Keep the interior and exterior of the equipment clean, and ensure that all sliding surfaces, gearboxes, oil holes, and other areas are free of oil stains

Before work, use an air compressor to blow the conveyor belt to keep it clean

When residue is found on the edge of the sealing knife, remove it with a pure cotton cloth after heating. Do not use metal to wipe it off

After use, remove and clean the rotating drum to remove any residue inside the bucket

Regular maintenance:

Clean and change the oil after the reducer has been operated for the first 300 hours, and then change the oil every 2500 hours of operation

The scrap recycling wheel axle should be maintained once a month, with butter applied to the contact surface

The chain and sprocket should be maintained every three months, with butter applied for lubrication

The bearing and bearing seat should be maintained every 3 months, and lubricated with hydraulic oil

Check whether the cutter's fixing screws are tightened every month

Regularly adjust the tightness of the belt to ensure tight transmission

Usage environment:

Choose to use it indoors where it is dry and clean, and avoid using it in environments containing acids or other corrosive gases

The equipment should be placed horizontally to ensure the normal operation of the electric heating tube

The operating temperature range is -10 to 50℃, with a relative humidity of no more than 85%

Special maintenance:

When not in use for a long time, clean the entire machine, apply anti-rust oil to the glossy surface, and cover it with a cloth canopy

When the drum experiences play, adjust the M10 screw on the corresponding bearing

When Teflon falls off, it needs to be reprocessed or the cutter needs to be replaced

Replace the electric heating tube promptly when it is damaged

Safety requirements:

During transportation, it is prohibited to tilt, impact, or overturn the object

Reliable grounding is required during installation

Comply with safety operation procedures and do not overload equipment

The safety protection devices of the equipment must be complete and reliable
