Generally speaking, the preheating stabilization time should not be less than 20 minutes. The design indicators for the working environment of the plastic sealing machine are 5-40 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and no corrosive gases. Therefore, under normal seasonal and climatic conditions, the plastic sealing machine can work normally and will not affect the sealing effect.


2. The influence of rubber roller hardness on plastic sealing. The rubber roller hardness of the plastic sealing machine is 50 degrees on the Shore scale. If the rubber roller becomes hard or cracks due to aging or other reasons, it will affect the quality of the plastic seal and make the plastic seal of the over molded certificate not firm. The rubber roller needs to be replaced in a timely manner.


3. The quality inspection of plastic sealing should ensure that the documents after plastic sealing are transparent and flat, and that the plastic sealing sleeve and card core are firmly sealed together. There is no "air saturation", no "blurry white shadow", no oil stains, impurities or other adverse phenomena in the interlayer. Several common abnormal phenomena and their causes should be considered, such as local unsealing. If there is deformation, wrinkling, or folding of the document after plastic sealing, it should be considered that the plastic sealing temperature is too high or the pressure is too high. If there are bubbles or blurry white marks in the interlayer, it should be considered that the plastic sealing temperature is inappropriate. If adhesive overflows during the plastic sealing process, it should be considered that the plastic sealing temperature is too high or the pressure is too high.
