But this technology has low difficulty, low manufacturing cost, and minimal heat loss during the processing. Another type is that the leading roller is a hot press roller, which is heated and pressurized synchronously, and then enters the rear rubber roller with cooling and leveling functions for export. The way in which the leading roller obtains heat is divided into two types: internal conduction heat and external radiation heat. Generally, large-scale machines and coil machines use the former method. Smaller models adopt the latter method. At present, this hot pressing roller technology is relatively advanced. Due to the synchronous heating and pressure during the processing, the problem of bubbles in the sealed items is eliminated, and the visual effect of the sealed items is enhanced by cooling and leveling.
