1. The input power of the device is greater than the power on the shrink machine nameplate, because the heat shrink packaging machine consumes a lot of power. If it is not enough, it is likely to burn out the circuit or electrical components.

2. The equipment should be grounded and ensured to be firmly grounded to ensure the personal safety of operators.

3. Each machine of the heat shrink film packaging machine is equipped with a power cable when it leaves the factory. The end lead of the cable has the identification symbol of the power supply, and the connection must be correct. Improper operation may cause electric shock.

4. The specified voltage for the machine is a three-phase 380V power supply, which requires the input of a neutral wire, that is, the standard three-phase four wire system. Otherwise, the device will not function properly and it is highly susceptible to internal electrical components.

5. The heat shrink packaging machine must be installed horizontally, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the electric heating tube. For machines with belt conveyors, their inclined installation will cause the conveyor line to deviate from the center.

6. It is recommended to regularly inspect the various components of the equipment. It is recommended to check the temperature resistant wires of the contraction chamber every three months, and then replace them in a timely manner according to the degree of aging of the components.

7. For the safety of operators, it is recommended that their hands and other parts do not come into contact with the operating parts of the machine, especially the extremely high temperature inside the contraction chamber, which can easily cause burns.

8. After packaging, the heating switch should be turned off first, and the conveyor motor and fan should continue for about 10 minutes before cutting off the entire power supply.
