Preheating of plastic film: While heating, the plastic film will be fed into the feeding port of the machine. Plastic film is generally made of materials such as polyester or polyvinyl chloride, which have good transparency and heat resistance. During the process of temperature rise, the physical properties of plastic film will change, becoming soft and easy to adhere.

Hot press sealing: When the plastic film reaches a certain temperature, the sealing machine will tightly bond the plastic film with paper, documents, and other items through hot pressing. The hot pressing process not only requires sufficient temperature, but also a certain amount of pressure to ensure that the plastic film is evenly covered on the surface of the object, forming a good sealing effect.

Cooling and solidification: After completing the hot pressing, the plastic sealing machine enters the cooling stage. At this stage, the built-in cooling system will quickly lower the temperature, allowing the soft plastic film to re solidify and form a sturdy encapsulation layer. This process is a key link in ensuring the quality of plastic packaging, as insufficient cooling may cause the plastic film to peel off or bubbles to form.
